It’s a southern tradition to bury a bottle of bourbon on the wedding site exactly a month before the wedding to appease the gods and have good weather.

Since, I’m obviously not going to offend the gods with bourbon, I opted for scotch, and since we’re not at the wedding site, I figured Amanda and my LA offering ought to be a pretty serious one.
Looking forward to seeing you in a month. It’s going to be a great day with (now) great weather. If it’s not, well, at least we can rest assured that all that could have been done in fact was.
